I love when you call these idiots and all they can tell you 'there is a delay'--NO KIDDING!

When will my package arrive? 'Hopefully we'll have an update soon'--THAT'S HELPFUL--NOT!

Why is my package delayed? 'Bad weather in CA, the aircraft is grounded' - HMMM?

But the package is sitting in CA and not on it's way to TX as of now...so much for that fun incoming today...

Fedex is indeed the worst. I'm sure it will get sorted out. Their tracking often skips steps and registers scans late.

Their 'customer support' reminds me of the carnival monkey cranking the accordion...all they do is tell you what is on tracking site.

If it makes you feel any better I got an email from one of my material suppliers for my business, they're in Carson City Nevada, saying shipments crossing the Sierras could be delayed two days.

Every time I talk to the 'trace dept' I get a different story. Now it's, "the last scan was 2am and we need to find the package in CA". It was not loaded into shipping container. Yes it's insured of course, but starting to sense there is more going on than weather at this point.

Last time I checked FedEx was a logistics company--being able to track a package at ANY stage.

"Supervisor" is investigating and 'calling me back'.

Thanks for letting me vent guys.

Starting to drink early

Not surprising. The people around here can barely drive a car in a little rain. I imagine they go into full panic attacks at the thought of flying a plane in it. Whatever it is, can't wait to see it. Congrats in advance.

This is what they say when it won't be delivered the day it's supposed to. I know it sucks, but just have some patience. It will usually come through the next afternoon/evening.

I'm going to listen to you as FedEx is worthless. Called three times in the past 2 hours and got three answers:

Call 1) It's on it's way to Memphis...but we cannot be sure (WHAT!!??? THEN HOW DO YOU KNOW IT'S ON THE WAY???)
Call 2) Waiting for terminal to call us back in CA
Call 3) We are looking for package

So nice that FedEx 'Trace' Department knows how to TRACE a package.

Well, in 10 years I've never had this happen, so I guess it was bound too.

I need a drink...

(Note to self: No more day before incoming posts...must have in hand. Check.)

A courier company that cannot delivers. I know how frustrating it is Paul as I have been through many similiar cases in the past. One can vomit blood dealing with customer service staff because most of the time they just do not want to give any firm answer to avoid any accountability. I hope you wiĺl get this sorted out and have your new watch very soon.

Oh I get weather--no issues (besides frustration).

What I don't get is a logistics company cannot tell me where the **** my package is. Is it in CA? Is it in Memphis hub? Is it headed to Memphis today? Am I getting it tomorrow by 8:30am? Etc....I know it's probably too much to ask. I'm past the 'customer support' folks at this point. I'm with the 'Trace' group. They may want to go back for re-training or re-name their group IF they cannot TRACE a package. And the icing on the cake is the story changes EVERY time I talk to them.

Thank you Ben. As long as the thing isn't lost, that's really all I care about at this point.

Damn I better like this watch

So if it isn't the ti 11-03, the all gold 11-03, or the 35-02 it must be the 11-03 blue!

Ahhhh, at this point it's nothing...FedEx refuses to ship or well quite frankly tell me where it might be located

If you see a 011-03 Blue let me know!
