I'd consider so long as you don't mind the relatively softer metal for a daily piece.

Go for the BLRO, but try to keep one SS piece as well.

I'd get the blro but keep the sub.

Keep the SubC and flip the BLNR. If the money would be an issue, look for a gently used BLRO to save some cash.

I did that when I bought my 116619.

The BLRO is a great stand alone reference, but having a Sub and GMT is the way I'd go.

Let us know how you make out.

Listen to Dr Tom! I started out with 8 rolexes... hulk; BLNR; tt bluesy; tt gmt2; milgauss gv and z blue GV; deep blue DSSD; YM blue....got rid of all of them... now wear daily a blro and smurf...never looked back...next up platona

My point is WG as a daily wear works...the heft and warmth...you won't regret it.

I would flip those for a BLRO and I would for a smurf as well. Those are my favorite WG Rolex's.

Before doing it, try it on for comfort, I found it to be surprisingly heavy on my wrist. Of course solid WG would be heavier than SS.
I do love the piece also the Smurf.

Since I can only wear one watch at a time, I'd rather have one great one than three or six good ones. It all depends on how much you value variety, and how much you would appreciate a PM Rolex.

I know the answer for me, but only you know the answer for you.

First - make sure you try it in person. The colors are a little bit different than what we all think when we think "Rolex Pepsi".

Second - I'd really think about keeping the SubC or trying to get an Explorer 1/steel DJ as a SS piece to add to it.
