Thoughts on this Explorer 1016

Hi all,

Considering this 1016:

Any feedback on dial and case is much appreciated!

The bracelet is not original to the watch. It is a much later 93150 with a dinged up clasp. I would ask for pics of the movement as well as the inside of the case back to check for corrosion. Im sure others will comment on the dial and hands as I dont know enough about this model to tell you with 100% confidence.

I don't have my internet calipers on me but is that crown the right size? Also dunno about that clasp being all wiggly like that, call me a traditionalist but I like my vintage Rolex non-wiggly. Re: Dial/Hands the last operation I had at the eye cutter unfortunately didn't confer the hawklike discrimination of the experts here so I'll leave comments on those to those guys
