Cracked / Uneven Lume on Hour Hand

Hi guys, I have a Sub LV which purchased just last year. However there is a slight crack / uneven Lume on the Hour Hand (Mercedes)

I was wondering anyone here have the same issue and managed to change the Hour Hand under the 5 years warranty claim?

Kindly advise, thanks
