Gilt Subs are amazing. Dials are works of art.

I voted red but that gilt looks fantastic!

Are there trusted dealers on VRM from the UK?

I'm not too sure. As far as vintage, I've only dealt with sellers here off of the TRF forum.

Congratulation on the purchase.
Few words of advice:
Have one of these credible watchmakers stabilize the rust at the 1:00-3:00 as soon as you can. This type of rust will craze the dial like crazy, and it spreads rather rapidly, especially if you have an aftermarket crystal or the seals are damaged, which allow very tiny amount of moisture to get into your watch. Tiny enough for you not to notice, but would do tremendous damage. A generally nice $18K gilt sub can be all crazed up and worth less than half the value you paid for by this time next year.

nice...I would try to source a nice 7206 bracelet...that may be a challenge however....to find a decent one at least...I dig the leather though.

Thanks men! I actually bought this one to be on leather or nato/canvas. Wanted that rugged, vintage look. I have a couple others covering the.... bracelet, "nice" watch, wear with anything, pieces.

Enjoy it man! Honestly I like wearing subs and gmts of leather and wouldn't bother with the bracelet. Daytonas however belong on bracelet IMHO.
