GMT Master 2 Jubilee bracelet able to be purchased from Rolex?

Hi everyone,

Thanks in advance for reading my post!

Several years ago, after a service of my A serial GMT Master 2, I asked RSC about getting a Jubilee bracelet. I remember them checking a book and said I could buy one. I seemed like they were checking to see if my A serial (with a hollow end link oyster) was "allowed" to have a Jubilee.

I recently got a P serial with a solid end link bracelet, and would like to know if that iteration of the GMT ever came with a jubilee bracelet option? Do you guys think Rolex will sell me a jubilee for it, like they were willing to with my A serial? And - one more question - would the same Jubilee bracelet fit on both my A serial from early 1999, and my P serial from 2000 (when they started using solid end links)?

Always appreciate the insight I get from the members on the Forum. Cheers!

Case is same size. If you can find a jubilee with 50 end stamps on the bracelet itself you have the bracelet meant for your watch.

Jubilee was an original option for a P serial GMT. I personally purchased a jubilee for a P serial GMT from Rolex Canada last year. I took the watch in on NATO and asked for some warranty work (it had been serviced ~ 18 months previously and was suddenly gaining time) and a new jubilee bracelet. They had no issue selling it to me...although obviously not cheap!
