Is jeffrey a good seller ?????

Hello everyone

I have 1 issue and would like to discuss and ask for your opinions.

My friend bought a Grand Seiko SBGM021 from Jeffrey and in the post he mentioned that

'Purchased on 12/19/2016'

But after receiving the watch, my friend recognized that there is no date on the guarantee card. It means that the guarantee date is blank. So he doesn know how to apply the guarantee. He tried to asked the seller but no reply. !!!!

Recently, I bought that watch from him, and I also tried to send the message to Jeffrey but so far not reply too.

I am wondering why the seller can stop discussion with the buyer in the case there is an issue needs to be clear. Or closing the deal and dont reply buyers question is a usual way of business here ??

Could you please advise. ?

Now I am selling this watch and my buyer asked me how to apply the guarantee and i will be doing my best to make everything clear before concluding the sale.
