I live in a fairly affluent part of the USA, and honestly, its rare for me to leave the house/ go to the store without seeing a Rolex or two.... but I've seen more stainless steel Daytona's than I have ceramic Pepsis. If I had a dollar for every black submariner i've seen in this town I could buy a grey pepsi.

The grey market bought them all, and now they're trickling out slowly to control supply/keep prices high as possible.... just my theory

I had an employee in a department store compliment my ceramic pepsi once. I looked at his wrist and he was also wearing one. That was the one and only time ive seen one in the wild/

I saw a Pepsi at the Hard Rock Atlantic City on the elevator. Kid looked 18, but looked like one of those high wheeling poker players. I didn't get close enough to really see it. With $100 knock off's out there who knows?

Out in the wild is such a crap shoot thing to look for in relative terms. ADs i've spoken to says GMTs are delivered in equal numbers between batman and pepsi, and overall slightly less than subs, and more than daytona.

I wonder of the ones that people do see in the wild, how many are actually legit. I recently started perusing FB watch groups and surprised to see how people admit to wearing fakes. SMH

I think Pepsi owners are tuned in top see other Pepsis. Causes a few false starts these days with all the homages.

The day I bought my Pepsi I saw another one that evening at dinner. I've never seen one since and I'm a wrist watcher. |

Yes I have seen them. Not often though.
I did run into a state trooper wearing a BLNR once. It matched his trooper outfit pretty well. We chatted about it and he seemed to love it. Said he never takes it off. Nice guy. Hope I never have to see him and his watch again :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’ve seen two in the wild. Both 5 digits.
One on oyster at an outside table of a restaurant during lunch (the owner had actually taken it off and had handed it to their guest who looked at it and set it back on the table). Second I just saw tonight was on jubilee. Guy didn’t look like he was interested in talking about it though so I admired from slight glances. Sent from my Apple privacy invasion product |

I always preferred the GMT to a Sub. Probably because every 2nd hand car dealer I know used to wear a Sub.

Besides the one I wear every day, I've only seen 1 pepsi in the wild, while doing grocery.
At the gym where I go there's a guy who works out with his ceramic Daytona black dial. But the craziest thing I've ever seen was on holiday where I saw a guy wearing a green dial gold Daytona and saw another one 5 minutes after , granted was a pretty "rich" area but still, 2 green Daytona in a matter of 5 minutes was quite a shock ... yet, the only pepsi around was the one I was wearing :D |

Owning and wearing both BLRO and BLNR, I saw no difference in the amount of sightings at home or in Orlando at WDW Resorts. Either of the two would make about the same rare appearances (one or two at best) Other models like the ss ceramic Daytona in either colors were significantly less seen if at all over three years. Last year I also didn’t see one LVc Sub which I thought I might but didn’t. I sow more 18k Subs than I thought I would with a sea of DJ models.

I saw one at the Omega boutique a few years ago, was the first one I had seen in person. I didn't care much for it from pictures early on, it really grew on me from the moment I saw it in person that day.
I have seen two in the grocery store since then. Plus I now own one. |
