Vegas has had pretty good teams and have done a great job of selling the sport in their market BUT my god, get rid of those bile colored jerseys.

They need an entire jersey make-over. Horrendous.

They remind me of the Kings team who got on as an 8 and won the cup, think they went 16-4.

Yeah, the white ones are pretty nice, but even the grey ones are boring and terrible.

Gold as a fabric color is always a bad choice that became the Vegas Bile Knights.

I always was surprised that a glitzy flashy town like Vegas, would have the most boring jerseys.

Time for a re-do. They need a new designer.

Maybe the Canadian hockey hope lies with the Oilers … I know I know one game does not make a series, but they looked pretty unbeatable last night.

Now if only the Leafs could win in Florida ….

I enjoy following this thread. Thanks @Brandea for creating it!
All I have to add is, it’s frustrating that the Wild haven’t won a playoff round since 2015, in the “State of Hockey”! For me, boys HS hockey is more entertaining & enjoyable to watch.

Draft lotto tonight. Time for the league to pay the Wings back for all the spots dropped since 2016. I'm not even asking for Bedard, give me Fantilli at 2 and we can call it square.

What an absolute FIX...Chicago loses Kane and Toews, they have one real bad year opposed to Anaheim, Columbus or Arizona and the original six team gets the first pic...yeah right. Apparently, within the first 60 minutes of Chicago being rewarded the first pic, season tickets sale were up 2million dollars last night.

Yeah. Did you catch Kevin Weekes talking about how the Jackets were the first team to move right after the 4th pick was announced and before they did the reveal for the 3rd pick? I thought these were revealed and nobody saw them prior? I called Chicago ages ago because the league needs them as a strong team with the new TV deals in the US. Nothing like being rewarded for covering up crimes.

I have been a huge fan of the NHL for years, and loved the Blackhawks since the 70's.
Since their scandal broke, I can't bring myself to watch them. My son brought me back to watching hockey with these playoffs. I've enjoyed them, but this second round has been wild!
Brian, based on history, I was rooting for your Leafs to win, it would be a great story.
If not, I'm kinda pulling for the Kraken, though I don't think they're the best team.
The weird part of the playoffs is that any team can win it all, if they get hot at the right time. With all of the posts getting hit, it is truly wide open and a game of inches.

Watching highlights of Bedard I thought the WHA stick had more flex than I've seen with sticks in the the NHL. Is that my imagination?

I’ll root for the leafs with you since they aren’t playing VGK right now and I’d love to see an American/Canadian Final. Long as the Oilers aren’t the Canadian team LOL

Looking forward to game 5!

Well done Florida, clearly the better team.

I guess there's always next year. Feels like we've been saying that since 1967

On a serious note, I think the Leafs need a nice shakeup on that team. Way to many prima donna players in that squad. Huge huge money tied up on all those big guns. They need to liquidate one or two of them for some real big name d man and goalie.

IMO the lack of a face mask is part of what makes it hockey. These guys know the dangers. I also think a hockey fight would be pretty dismal if both guys had face masks on.

Agreed. They need some grittier forwards who play heavy.

Florida pulled off the miracle against Boston and I figured they’d handle Toronto.

Im taking taking the Carolina Hurricanes to go to the cup.

The question is how when after July 1st all the big 4 have some sort of no move or no trade clause? They tie up so much salary. Having a full year of Knies should help because he is skilled and on his ELC.
