Since you posted this twice, once under Rolex and once under Audemars Piguet, I assume you noticed the answer you get usually aligns with the section that you post the question in.

Also the DJ looks like it fits better, and the AP RO is a much nicer looking watch.

They are both great but the AP RO 15400 is in a class of its own. I have both and the DJ gets much less wrist time. There is something about the RO that is just substantial and elegant at the same time. Having said that there is a substantial difference in cost. You can get 2 DJs at msrp and at actual cost you can get near 2.5 so if that factors in?

Both look good on your wrist, both great looking watches in general.

If there has to be a choice, then the AP I think will feel more special.

And if at some point you will need to find a justification for buying the other one anyway, then buying the AP first will make it easier to convince yourself it is fine to spend the money on the much cheaper DJ ;)
