Because you may be in trouble if the bank gets robbed... At my bank you need extra insurance for halfway good protection in case they get robbed. I'd rather get insurance at home which I have to some extent...

They look nice.. Say fire resistant for 1 hour but need information on the temperature etc..

I get that - but it seems like a lot of risk to have everything together in the safe - but I guess if people are doing the whole 'shadow game' of not having their really expensive stuff in the safe - it might make sense.

Some great products here! The most professional company I know of is Arpege Security, based in Belgium. I've had multiple safes from them.

They mainly work for central and retail banks, but also have a few customizable retail luxury goods safes as on the pics.
