Extract de registre

Hello,

I recently purchased an AP chronograph and I was told the watch was serviced in March of this past year. Can someone shed some light on what this registration document means? Is it proof of authenticity, service, ect? I would really appreciate help with this!!! Thanks

Phil

That extract only confirms that a watch with that case number was manufactured a particular date. It should not be mixed up with the other document that can be extracted from AP; "CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICATION" which is more extensive.
