Great to hear Paul. Best wishes for a speedy recovery
Now in future take it easy with those foam rollers! They're serious business. You should have a spotter with you from now on . Just kidding! Take it easy and don't rush back too quickly.

I know I have to have it done in the near future, but I'm just not ready for it yet. My last knee surgery scars aren't healed yet... Sent from my SM-G930T1 using Tapatalk

And I thought I was having a bad morning (check out the difference in colour between the two dressings and the fluid seeping out of the dressing and down my leg). I'm off back to hospital in half an hour. Again.

When that fluid builds up in the joint the pressure will give you some pain, and the joint will be hard to move. Don't be afraid to get it drained. You'll feel a lot better. |

I saw the surgeon a couple of hours after the picture. He said it was 'knee fluid', which was normal. He encouraged me to keep doing my exercises to drain it and he sad he wasn't worried about it. I finish the course of antibiotics he gave me on Saturday morning; if he's not worried, why did he prescribe me a different antibiotic for a further seven days from Saturday?

Don't stress over it. This is all part of the process. Changing up the meds might be to get you on something with fewer side effects. |
