Swap a short hand Explorer I for a tudor bb bronze?

Would you swap an explorer 1 for a tudor black bay bronze?

I like Tudor very much but for this, I'd have to say don't do it.....

No.i like tudor but I would not swap a timeless classic like the explorer for any tudor. If you dislike the "short hands" I would consider upgrading to the new model.

I don't think that's the best trade, but if you love the bronze and don't want to sell the exploer privately go for it. I wouldn't personally do it, but them again, I'm not a flipper.

Nope. Never. The Explorer is a classic Rolex.
I love the Black Bay and will be buying one shortly but I wouldn't swap the Explorer for it.

I probably would do if the Bronze took my eye as its quite a unique piece.

Personally I wouldn't do it but if you like the Black Bay bronze then just save up and add to your collection.

I wouldn't. I love my Explorer, gets more wrist time than any other watch. I do not own Tudor, and I am not planning to by one (except, I gotta try on the new 36mm).

I'd wait a little and get the BB bronze pre-loved in mint condition. The BB's are attractively priced in the used market. I suspect your exp1 will keep its value a little bit better than any of the modern Tudors.

By swaping you mean even trade? If so no.

I own the Black Bay Bronze and really like the watch. I would recommend ownership but I would only trade if funds were coming back my way. The values are off enough to make it less than a fair trade in my opinion.

If you prefer the watch go for it but I personally would only do it if I was getting some cash on top also. I don't think it's a fair straight-up trade

I would ask for $1,000 but would settle for $800. Good luck and don't forget to post pictures.
