Rolex Explorer Spring Bars?

I'm now the lucky owner of a new Explorer. I'd like to have the option to swap the bracelet for a rubber strap and NATO occasionally, but I'm confused about the correct spring bars to use.

For the rubber strap, 'normal' spring bars should be fine, but apart from an AD, where else can I get them from and what exactly should I be looking for (e.g. part number)? Am I right in thinking that a spring bar for say, a Sub, won't necessarily fit my Explorer?

For the NATO I want to use shoulderless spring bars. Again, where and what should I be looking for? I know I'll have to snip out shoulderless spring bars when I want to swap back to the bracelet.

Any luck finding shoulderless spring bars for your 14270?

I have the same watch with drilled lugs and have been looking all over for shoulderless spring bars that fit the smaller diameter holes!

If you are not buying a Rolex part from a Rolex parts dealer, you need to know what you want... type, length, diameter, and pivot length and diameter.

No, you cannot use a ceramic Sub springbar, they are unique.

Pretty sure there are shoulderless spring bars for Rolex models in our own For Sale section right now.

If the Rolex in question has blind lug holes, the shoulderless spring bars for the through hole lugs may not lock in; the pivot diameter of the bars is larger.
