Bark bracelet question
Hello all,
new to the forum and not familiar with format here so excuse me if this has been discussed before. I seached online and ended up here, hope i came to the right place. I inherited a few watches from my dad a few years ago. One of them is a 18k day date with a 1964 serial number. It has a jubilee bracelet on it now but in the box was a full 'bark' bracelet that i can't seem to find any info on. It's not a president with a bark center link, it's a flat bracelet that is all bark finished. It's 36mm and looks very 60s i guess; i can't find any numbers on it anywhere. Just trying to determine what i have here. |

ok google did not help much. Would this be correct for an early datejust? Did it come with a specific model or was it offered a certain era? Does not seem to be very popular (not the prettiest bracelet).
the watch is an 1803. |

Never sell anything with Rolex on it unless you know exactly what you are doing.

I figured as much. Any info as to when/ how long these were made?
I have little use for it. I want to get a new president bracelet for the DD, and I am not a fan of this paved look either. Take the 2k and put it toward a new president? FWIW the DD has a jubilee bracelet on it now, it weighs 60grams :) . I was told it is a 1964 watch, number starts with 1749xxx, type 1803. |
