Servicing the GMT Master 2 (16710)

Hi friends,
I have the GMT Master 2 (16710) for 13 years and it needs service now. I will be traveling to Barcelona Spain on March this year and will stay for a week. does anybody know how is the cleaning service in Barcelona ? Other question : If not Barcelona where is a good Rolex service lab ?

Thank you all

I don't know where you would service your watch, but a warning that Barcelona is a hotbed for brazen pickpockets. They will lift that Rolex off your wrist like an expert. Penalties for pickpocketing are so minimal that it pays to be a thief there. Just sayin'. Good luck in your search! Cheers!

1 week is not enough time. There is a RSC in Madrid. The only one in the Middle East is in Doha. The other one closest to Israel is in Athens. You would have to ship the watch in any case. I would look for reviews for each RSC and choose the one with the best reviews. Even if serviced by an independent watchmaker in Barcelona, I still don't think 1 week is enough time.

RSC Athens is indeed the closest one.

The best RSC in Middle East is located in Qatar . They might take 7-10 days to service ur watch .

Thank you

Thank you all,

Should have mentioned : We do have a authorized Rolex distributor and authorized Rolex service lab. They are probably ok. Problem is that their prices are double than other countries. I believe that the service in London, Dusseldorf and Geneve are better, but it seems risky to ship it.

I thank you all,

Elit
