Sweet how that thing is all cuddled up and protected in its coffin :)Love seeing the old book with the diver. I miss the little anchor as well.

I don't quite understand the question...
...but you remove the bracelet, refit the original spring bars and "lace" the NATO strap around the bars. Zulus come in two formats one / two-piece. The former works like a NATO, the latter like any standard two-piece strap.

Haha, yes I get that. My issue was actually fitting the strap between the spring bars and case. It's very very tight.

This is my Sea Dweller. It a 1977 Great White ref 1665. The Oyster is currently being refurbished so I have it on leather for now. Love these watches - the old and the new. Disappointed in the new SD though - it's to big and has a date cyclops !!!!!!!

Hi Gents, my first post over here on TRF and I wanted to share with you a snap of my recently acquired SD which I can't seem to get off my wrist. It's a superb watch and I'm really glad that I finally took the plunge after months of deliberation. It's my first experience of a 5 digit reference and it makes for a lovely pairing with my 114060. Glad to be in the 16600 club !

After a really long search I finally found my 16600. It's a complete set, box/papers, anchor, tool with spare screw, etc.. I narrowed my search to a Swiss Dial lugs holes and it's a beaut.

Really love this addition. Tough with the elegance and deep history.

A 2005 example that is mint.
