Oops...I did it again. Another GMT Incoming From "Springer"

All I can say is vintage GMTs are mesmerizing.
Last week I took delivery of an awesome GMT 1675 with a perfect dial/hands set and perfect Fuschia insert and posted a wrist shot which has garnered many very kind comments that I very much appreciate.
I immediately set about searching for a vintage GMT more suitable for daily wear and went back to "Spinger" to ask for his assistance to locate a nice 16750 for me. As luck would have it J.T. (Aka "Springer") just happened to have a beautiful 7.3 mil (1983) 16750 he was willing to sell. Lucky me...I am now anxiously awaiting arrival of another beauty from our own "Trusted Seller" and resident GMT guru "Spinger"...
Thanks again John for hooking me up with another stunner for my modest collection of vintage Rolex /Tudor Sports watches.
Wrist shots will follow

Very nice congrats. No reason the 1675 can't be worn daily as well, though!

looks like a great piece, I really love the "iris" like texture to the red part of the insert. And non corroded hands. Dreeewl

Frank, beautiful watch Congrats

stupid question:

Does it have the 3185 movement? What year did that come about?

Again, congrats and wear it in good health.

16750 quickset is 3135 movement

The 3185 came on later sapphire GMt (16710, 16700 etc ...)

Great looking 16750. It's comforting to know Springer was the seller.
Enjoy wearing in the best of health.
