This egg was big! Weighed 1 pound 9 ounces. I tried not to break the yolk that filled half the pan, but it broke when I cracked the egg with a hammer. One egg fed four adults. Very creamy flavor.

My wife was out early for a gym session so we enjoyed a ‘boys only’ morning with my 2 year old.
Daddy was in charge of breakfast and the little fella was admiring his watch like his daddy Sent from my iPhone |

BSO* and grapes.
*Bagel Shaped Object because my wife who is wonderful in every way does not grasp the difference between a real bagel and the BSO's that come in a bag at the supermarket. |

It's a very lame answer but I have no device to take a picture with.. my previous nasty phone addiction was cured when my smart phone suddenly broke and I went cold turkey -- that was over a year ago and have been much happier since without a phone.
In any case breakfast for the past 400+ mornings has been this: Whey (currently Optimum), casein (Optimum also), greens (Paradise), collagen (Great Lakes), lecithin, desiccated liver, acerola, inositol, inulin, apple fibre, turmeric, cinnamon, glucomannan, nutritional yeast, and brewer's yeast. I alternate between coconut milk and almond milk. Lunch is similar but the whey and casein are replaced with a blend of pea/hemp/rice/pumpkin protein which I buy in bulk. Afternoon snack is soy protein (currently Bob's Red Mill) with carob and shredded coconut. My gym drink is Carbion+ (Allmax). Bon appetit!

I tried Carnivor but didn't like the taste much. I prefer whey or casein.
