Cape Cod Polishing Cloth?
Does anyone have any experience with using cape cod polishing clothes to get minor scuffs out? I want to try on my oyster bracelet but am hesitant it may over polish or something.

Do not use it on a brushed surface. Only use on a polished area, and make sure to mask off any brushed areas to avoid disturbing the brushed finish.

They work great on minor scratches on a polished surface.

Be sure to make sure it's completely cleaned off the watch when finished.. I got really awful marks on my suede pillows in my watch box.

I'd keep them away from vintage completely.

I found that CC left more scratches that I started with. I think that if you have a fairly beaten up case you will see good results but do not expect a factory finish

I give the case on my 16700 a very light buff every 12-18 months.
They work great.

Don't expect miracles. If your case is scratched, it'll stay scratched. Cape Cod cloths merely clean/shine, and minimize minor swirlies on polished surfaces.
