15 years. But as my clock is running out of time I may decrease the period before the next acquisition.

10 years with a Sub date and sold it couple of years ago. Missed having a nice watch and purchased BLNR in June and then SubC date about a month later. The BLNR and SubC is a great 1-2 punch in my opinion. Love going back and forth between the two. Be careful hanging around this place

I'm certainly not to be envied. But please save your sorrow for all those poor souls uncontrollably swinging their arms at the bidding of their Fitbit. 🤣

Depends on your budget. I waited around 2 years before I got my 2nd rolex.

Ten days. I about lost my mind trying to decide between the Bluesy and the Sub for my first Rolex. Bought the Bluesy, then ten days later bought the Sub. And happy as a clam ever since that I have both. (Plus a vintage Day Date and a Vintage Tudor Big Block I picked up later)

My first and second were only about 4 weeks apart. Now, it has been a year and I have yet to add a third. I would take the advice from everyone here and stop, take a breath, and think about it. For example, I like my DJII (my second purchase) but I bought it on a whim. I do not want to flip the watch, but there are several pieces I wished I added before the DJ. My SubC gets majority of the wrist time and the DJ is only worn to church and when I am dressed up. Again, I do not want to flip it, but it is the 4th of 5th watch on my wishlist, not the second.

Also, your taste will change the longer you stay on the forum. The first time I saw the LVc (Hulk) I thought it was terrible. Now, very high on my wish list. The BLNR (Batman) was the #1 watch on my wish list, but I ended up with a 114060 because I liked it more in person. Just take your time and make good choices!

Immediately

Took several months to allocate my second when I purchased, but the desire was immediate.

Rolex have a unique luxury item feel while being extremely robust. Tough to replicate.

Congrats on your Sub Date!

Yachtmaster In 2000 and then BLNR in June 2017 — I still love that YM and can’t part with it. Wear both, alternating every week or two.

That DJ really looks great on you. Great choice.
