Is this a good deal?

Friend has offered to sell me a submariner 116618 black for 17,500 I don't know much about it since I'm an Omega guy normally. Seems like a decent deal just looking online but is it really?

umm yeah, as long as there's nothing wrong with it, I'd say that's a great deal. Have any pics of the watch? Does it come with a complete set?

If it's authentic and in decent condition, it's a great deal.

I'd buy that immediately if it were a full set.

Pretty cheap in this day, I would be cautious if in good condition and not very old.

Its a 116618N from 2008 and its mint. It is a complete set with papers. Whats the difference between 116618N and 116618LN?

I'm really not sure of the difference. But that sounds like a sweet deal, obviously assuming it's authentic and functioning perfectly. Even if it needed $1000 for service, it would still be a good deal.

Post pics. That’s a Homerun price. Did he maybe get a quote for trade in from a local AD and is using that?

For 2008 and to a friend, that is a fair price for the YG. How's the weight, that's an instant giveaway to a fake. Post some pics and we can confirm real or not.

If you can get pics up we'll be able to confirm if it's a good deal or not.

This is really not a Question to ask...

I mean if your spending that kind of money, you would know,
and
If money wasn't an issue you would just buy it, because your friend wouldn't rip you off...

So, now that you know it's a good deal, are you going to buy it?
