Question on end luggs Explorer 1991 X serie
Hi All,
I just received this very nice 27 year old watch. I see it has drilled lugs.. what I actually like a lot. Gives it a more vintage look. I see it has 588 end links and no B next to it. I read that the B is for non drilled luggs but I see the 588B end links on most explorer even with drilled luggs. 558 end links were used on Datejusts and similar 20mm lug widths.
Non-drilled or no-hole case lugs need end links that are notched on the inside to remove the springbars.
