Help with information on vintage iwc

Hey all,

I've had this vintage International Watch Company watch for a while. I don't know much about It.

I recently got It back from repair- had the glass replaced, and the dial slightly cleaned (which i now regret)

I don't have a tool to open the case back, and as It looks the previous owner tried with incorrect tool.

I believe it's Cal.89 but I'm not sure.

Any information will be appreciated!
