crown feels rough to unscrew

Hey folks,
When I unscrew my 114270 crown or screwing back in, I can feel roughness. at the start of the unscrewing or in the end of the screwing in. it's just feels not smooth as I remember it.
is it an enough concern to send it in for a check? it's a Y serial from 2002. the watch keeps at about +6 a day.

Thanks!

Could be simple like a bit of dirt on the tube thread or tube thread dry, just use small brush to clean, after a very tiny bit of Fomblin grease to tube threads.
