Lovely pics!
I have the Everest strap and really like it for its texture and comfort. That said, the Oyster bracelet is truly second to none. I feel like my Rolexes are missing something without one, and everytime I put the Everest on, it comes off a few days later for the bracelet. |

I get what you're saying about the lack of options. I have that option with my 116500 and have to say, I've had no desire at all to wear it on bracelet since getting it set up on OF. |

They're all pretty close. I'd say it's between the YM and Daytona, with the Daytona taking a small lead simply cause it has an EZlink and the YM doesn't.

Chadri, may I ask where you sourced the end pieces on your daytona? They look great!

Yeah and the fact that the Daytona is SS makes it a lighter and a bit more comfortable. YM should have included the easy link.

YES, this was very disappointing. The weight of the YM is actually splendid, I see why people get used to gold lol. but damn, Rolex, you couldn't put an EZlink on a watch this expensive!? What the hell.

Good point on the easy link. Could I just buy the easy link end used on the RG Daytona and put it on my RG YM? Or, would it require the entire clasp? Anybody know?

ya know I'm going to RSC today. I'll find out for sure, but I assume the answer is no. We'll see.

I'm not sure, I would love to know as well if I could add an easy link to my 5 digit YM.

I think the piece would fit if you could source it, but here in Ny RSC won't be giving it to you. |

Thank a lot Chadri. I may get my grey guy to see if it works and can source one. Thanks again! (Rolex really needs to just put the daytona clasp on it...)

Yeah it's really annoying that they won't let you upgrade your YM clasp. No loyalty to 1st generation OF owners.

That's quite a long time! Any issues with durability?

I agree, and the “bowing” or curve out below the logs and then taper in looks weird. They’re my least favorite.

Was just in the AD today to pick up the Oysterflex and compared first gen with new buckle. I prefer the first bc it’s shorter in length, similar to the one on my Pepsi.
