Why not? We used to be able to buy Rolex watches without a bracelet, and I feel like the importance of the Rolex bracelet has been overemphasized over the last decade or two. Heck, Newman’s Daytona even sold without one.

remember when you let them size or change straps this can happen. never let them size or change another strap for you.
Agreed.

I've had that happen on another watch. So I bought several tool and now I change my own stuff. This way if it gets messed up I can just yell at myself...

I would keep using the watch though I would discuss it for them to acknkowldge and I'd hold this as a leverage for my future purchases from there.

I also have a BLNR and the watch has 3 dings on its side mistakenly done by me. It's still a beautiful watch, I mean don't bother yourself for a small ding on its backside which was obviously happened during strap installation.

Burn the watch. It's ruined.

Throw it away, it's tarnished and ruined beyond repair. Forget you ever had it!

Looks good man. I wouldn’t worry too much about the scratch, I’d be more bothered by the fact that the first scratched was caused by someone other than myself! Lol

Enjoy the watch...doesn't devalue the watch and super common changing bracelets/straps. Small touch up and it'd disappear.

Annoying but always a possibility when changing bracelets / straps. I’d forget about it and enjoy your watch.

I would not think twice about it. They were nice enough to put the strap on it for you, that is what happens often. I had a watch regulated under warranty by a RSC and it came back with scratches under the lugs. I honestly never though about it until now.

If you let yourself get worked up over little stuff like this, you will never fully enjoy the watch. Scratches happen, it's life.
