Rolex Day-Date 1803 parts

How difficult is it to get a replacement caseback? what sort of cost is involved?

You can probably get it from your AD. Cases for 1803 are still avaliable and I was quoted around USD 10.000 if I am not mistaken. Casebacks should be no problem but be prepared to pay up readily, would guess a couple of thousands...
