I haven't been around for a while...

Any 1013, 1012 or 1018 examples in the crowd.

This black dialed 1018 was almost perfect.

This was my favorite 1013, but I let another pretty face lure me away.

I'm not really a fan of pink gold but this 1012 (smooth bezel version) even with the refinished dial and lots of wear and polishing on the case...it was a stunner.

I used to have all these and more...now I'm down to just these two...The Serpico Y Laino dialed 1013 and an absolutely vanilla 1018....but keeps such good time.

The black dial and the vanilla 1018. Wow.

Thank you. I have a real love for these simple hour-minute-second models...in 34 and 36 size. The 1013 and 1018 are 36...and the way they float just about the wrist is fantastic.

And a couple more close-ups of that RG 1013...now that John let it go I'm delighted to wear it myself! https://imgur.com/a/wsoI6

When I first wore the RG 1013 I was at a screening of a movie. Next to me a young guy was shaking his wrist around so that everyone could see his enormous flashy watch. As the lights started to go down, I extended my arm just enough to see what time it was. The guy fell silent and couldn't take his eyes off my wrist for the rest of the evening. That watch is truly one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The 36mm OPs will never be out of style.
