Hi all!!! I ended up not buying this perticular watch at the last minute because I had an opportunity buying real estate I couldn't miss up on.

Very bummed I couldn't have it... BLNR stayed in my head...

Today almost 2 years later I bought it. Couldn't be happier I finally got to buy it for real.

Pics comming soon, the Milgauss is very happy expecting it's newer and different sibling.

Pic at my ad today.

My AD knew I still wanted it I saw him 2 weeks ago when he invited me to a Rolex sports event (unbelievable service, also gifted everyone a cashmere Rolex scarf). Told him I still couldn’t stop thinking about the BLNR.
Called me yesterday he had one in with my name already on it.

Happy me

BIG Congrats and as they say, "when it's for you, it's for you". I guess Rolex is starting to release some of these BLNRs just in time for Christmas. I just picked mine up yesterday after being told by a few ADs over recent weeks that it could be a two-year wait. Wear it in good health.

Thanks! I'm trying to wait for Christmas (AD is going to giftwrap mine) but I think I won't be able to control myself waiting for it for 2 more weeks :D. You enjoy yours as well!

My favorite watch! BLNR is a must have in any collection. What’s better than black for night and blue for day?

I'm enjoying the rattles and squeeks of a crisp new Oyster-Bracelet as we speak :D

Stunning watch the BLNR, so happy with it. The different shades of blue in the bezel give the GMT a whole other dimension and character.

Hi All,
Small problem with the BLNR. It 'itches' my wirst though I don't see any irritation on my skin. 2 innerside links were removed, all plastic removed and easylink out. Not snug on wrist. Case is lower than on my Milgauss and touches more skin.

My Milgauss no problems whatsoever past few years. 1 innerside link removed, plastic on casing still in place and easylink out.

Any ideas? I'm thinkin' about going back to my AD for same set-up as my Milgauss.

The ideal two for me at my stage in life. Thankfull that I’ve realised this.
These 2 are my ultimate favourites of all contemporary Rolex.

So update after one year, it's a great piece. Very happy I bought it.

+
Very versatile I've worn it with t-shirt on to a tuxedo
Under the radar for not-WISes and the other hand lots of respect and recognition from WISes
The blue coloration is superb on the bezel wonderfull execution of the ceramic, love the glossy look
Classic Rolex sport model look (jagged bezel, black maxi dail)
Accuracy is best I ever experienced in a mechanical watch runs at about +1/+2 seconds.. a month!
GMT function is super handy when abroad
Value retention but not important as I don't ever sell a watch

-
Crownguards and sharp edges on the case make it less comfortable than some of my other watches (and I don't wear it too thight)
I like the watch dearly but they are overhyped
Prices are skyrocketing for people who still want one (discontinuation rumours)

Oh and in 2019 there will be a .. 116519LN I can't wait !!
