Champagne. I recall not loving the green when I saw it live

Thanks for all the votes and comments so far guys! I have to say, despite Green winning in the vote so far, some of the comments are definitely pushing me towards champagne. I also started seriously looking at silver, which is also very excellent, but the champagne really is growing on me. I’m a sucker for classic looks I think.

Green. I'm not a fan of champagne dials on gold watches. Too monotone for me

Of the two choices I would go with the classic champagne dial. I like the green but think it is hard to beat a classic. My favorite is the white dial but not an option in the pole.

Champagne...green is great with white gold but i prefer the clean classy look of YG DD40 with the matching champagne dial. Good for choosing stick dial too!

Green is tacky, champagne is rest home, go with silver or blue.

Of the two, I voted for green as it provides more contrast. As I have learned the hard way with my beloved GMT, (my) older eyes require more contrast when lighting is not optimal. For me, gold hands against a black dial is the best combination as I find the watch legible under all lighting conditions. The champagne dial is about the worst for me, especially with the winter sun.

Depending upon your age and how long you intend to keep the timepiece, this may be a consideration.

I've been hesitating between exactly these two models lately. I tried both on in store today. I have to say both are gorgeous, but for me personally I will go for the green one. The champagne one is stunning, but it's a bit too much gold and too little contrast for time reading (comparing with the green one).
I am not a collector, and want to wear this for next 50 years maybe. I just feel that in my 30s if I have to stare to read the time... it will just be a bracelet for me in my 60s...

This is for the DD36? I was looking for a green/gold in the DD40 but they don't seem to show it on the website.
Btw I'd go for green.

The Champagne DD dial is rich looking, classy and one of the most recognize Rolex watches ever.

Green all the way. I’m not a fan of champagne dials; to some they’re classic but to me they’re out-dated.

Neither to be honest. I prefer the silver or white dials if available.

Of the two I picked champagne, but personally I would prefer a contrasting but more neutral color like silver or white.
