Keep the Daytona, the other 2 are easier to repurchase

I’d keep the Sub...but it really would depend on what the other watch is you’d be considering....

Daytona, but such a tough call. The first time I saw a BLNR in person I was blown away.

Flip BLNR.

Lock 16610 in safe.

Daytona for daily wear.

Technically you’re down to one watch.

Keep the Daytona as it would be the hardest to replace.

If you are a forum-type person, keep the Daytona. If you are a rational no nonsense type of person, keep the GMT.

Daytona. Either of the other two are relatively easy to replace if you decide to add back.

daytona in this case. that style will never grow old and it's got just enough pop to keep it cool compared to next to anything.

A little different logic to consider: You're likely at the height of the Daytona and BLNR scarcity. Soon it will be another model everyone is after. Flip the Daytona and BLNR tomorrow, keeping the SubC. Hopefully you profit nicely on both. If you have seller's remorse in the future, you can always buy one back at near what you sold it for or less if supply improves. Seeing as how you're obviously not married to the Daytona, if you keep it and supply improves you may regret not selling when the price spiked.

If your new purchase was non-Rolex I'd have said keep the GMT II. Given that you're bringing in another Rolex I agree with the majority - keep the Daytona.

I remember how happy you were when you got your NOS 16610 earlier this year. I know the honeymoon wears off sometimes. I'd still try to keep that one.

That’s a great collection you have already! If I were trying to get it down to 1, I’d keep the Daytona. But that’s such a tough call — i would miss the other two for sure!

This really comes down to the best watch to have for he next 20, 30 or 40 years and the one you would like to take on the journey.

I have already figured the BLNR will be going so it is between the pre Ceramic Sub and the Daytona...
I would find the date more useful than a chrono, so I'd keep the SubDate.

The Sub is iconic, but common, and hence dull (I had one...dull).

Keep the Daytona for sure.

I'm guessing your new Rolex is a more classic piece... DD or DJ.

Another vote to keep the Sub. That is a serious collectable piece right now.

Having had a deep conversation with the wife both the Daytona and Sub are staying. I think I would deeply regret selling either.

The watch I want is the Rose gold Yachtmaster

At a glance the RG YM is eye catching. My UK AD advised against RG for a gentleman.

Will you ever wear the Sub again? Keep it in the safe for a month then sell it when you haven't touched it. You can always buy another.
