The only questions to me will be does it taste good, is the service good. Given that service began just last night it will take some time for this to be determined.

This was one of the best restaurants in the world, they have reinvented and changed things up before and maintained high ratings and desirability. I wouldn’t write them off. And NYC, and their calibre and worldwide recognition, perhaps allows them a better chance than any of making this work.

Good luck to them.
Good food is good food.

Yes. This is the only relevant question to be answered in my opinion.

There is also a pretty large wait list, the reserved tables are booked out for several weeks I think. That said, like always there are walk-in spots at the Bar (the abbreviated menu).

If you go let us know. I’m not ready for indoor dining just yet, otherwise we would have made a reservation.

I'll take a great steakhouse any day over any of these fancy overrated and overpriced cafeterias.

That is a bold move on their part. I dont see why they cant just keep a separate menu or something.

Not if the elite have anything to say about it. Just wait, the push for normalization of insect protein is coming. Cows have been deemed bad. They need to wear gas masks and fart into contraptions in order to save the planet one overpriced carrot at a time.
