Looks spectacular!

Got the new Weber grill set up this week and breaking it in tonight. The Vermont Castings grill made it 16 years but was on its last leg.

After two cooks on the new Weber Genesis II E-435, I’m impressed. It heats up much faster than my old grill and gets hotter.

I used the temperature probes on the Weber iGrill 3 to do a spatchcock chicken tonight. The grill stayed steady at 425 +\- 4 degrees and cooking indirect resulted in about the same cook time as the Primo ceramic - 90 min, but much quicker to get up to cooking temperature. No flare ups either when I was doing the basil butter basting at the end of cooking the chicken.

There is on at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. They say it's a lively restaurant & lounge serving steaks in an ultramodern setting... We are outside because the music was pumping loud and annoying. In Vegas I get it but down town San Diego. No thanks. I prefer Del Friscos atmosphere and food!
