Incoming - 16800 ..working lume?

Finally sold my Tudor BB and picked up this 16800 (1984) as a beater to join my DD40 in the two watch collection. Interestingly or suspiciously enough...the lume on the dial still works but the hands and pip are dead. I figured it could be a service dial but not sure if the service dial would have the SWISS < 25 indicator.. either way watch is in decent shape and I’m enjoying it...rattling bracelet and all

Hard to tell from the photos but it looked like the dial indices were relumed by hand.

Great watch regardless!

The last picture makes it look like the dial was manually re-lumed. Great pickup either way, congrats!

New dial from fierygems on eBay to replace original that had been relumed. Good resource if looking for original condition replacements
