First pen suggestion

Wanting a nice pen to carry around with me and preferably a ballpoint I guess. My tops is around the $300 area.

Find a nice pre owned 164p montblanc. I have one and love it. Depends if you want gold trim or platinum. I prefer platinum as it is a little more understated.

Starwalker is good because the cap screws onto the back of pen when writing. I bought the rollerball, but honestly have really enjoyed the fineliner refills even more.
