If you have any outdoor shots I'd love to see the blue dial. Here it looks charcoal so that has me curious now. Thanks in advance!
I'm not sure if this shows it any better...

The dial really does look mostly black in most lighting at least to me

Thank you my friend I had to take out 3 links on the factory jubilee to fit my 7” wrist.

Your 007 looks great What’s your opinion of the strapcode compared to the factory jubilee?

Those watches wear great and I hope to buy another one soon, although I am leaning toward the skx013 this time.

Thank you
I hope to see your incoming soon

Well better late than never, so big congrats Brian!

Admittedly I'm not a knowledgeable guy on Seiko (though enjoying seeing their modern stuff more and more) but that is a legend of a watch!

Enjoy it in good health my friend, hope you're enjoying the holidays

The more I read up on it the more I really started to appreciate the SKX and it’s history

I hope you are having a great holiday break too bro

Thanks for posting this. It does look more blue there. I like that it's a dark shade. Great looking watch for sure.

Congrats. The SKX can be a huge gateway to more of them.

When adjusted the OEM jubilee is a great strap. It just needs some tweaking.

A rare occasion when I managed to take a half decent photo

I can't remember how I did it, but I took this earlier this year and somehow it seemed to capture beautifully the midnight blue dial of the SKX009, even if I do humbly say so myself

Enjoy

I've always loved the SKX009J ... and had the chance to snag one so I bit.

It's really a fantastic value IMO. So what if it doesn't hack or manually wind, who cares that the bracelet rattles etc. There's just something so cool feeling about this one on the wrist ... I can't explain it, but I really dig it.

Anyway, happy holidays everyone

It’s a great watch, wife and kids got me one for Christmas a couple years ago.

I just bought a Seiko SKX009 for my son for his HS graduation present. Cannot wait for June to give this to him.
