It is a LE of 1,500. There are still some left, but my BNIB was just received by the Boutique this week, and its number is nearing the number 1,500. I assume GS releases them somewhat sequentially, but I’m not sure about that.

Cool that you were able to return the other one.

Of the 4 you were considering, you ended up with the one I would have taken. Very nice watch and dial.

Hard to tell.
I first saw it during my meeting with GS at Basel, and I got mine a few weeks later, in mid April. . I can’t recall the number right now but it’s in the 900s, and it was probably one of the first ones to be shipped out to US ADs.

Well done Stephen! I like your thinking and you chose wisely. Great looking watch!
The watch game is tricky and you did well especially navigating and learning a new brand tomtou so quickly.

All beautiful watches indeed & I used to own the first one you have listed 051 when it was purchased new a year or so ago. Unfortunately I traded it away after I had accidentally scuffed/dinged one of the lower lugs under a granite bar table (learned my lesson after that). If I was to purchase another GS which I plan to do so in the very near future it would be SBGA387 & very close runner up which you don’t have listed is SBGA375. Congrats on 051, glad to see there was a NOS left out of the small batch released.

I think the OP changed his mind and decided to go for the LE SBGH267. No wrong answers here, honestly it really depends on your preference.

My top 3 would be the SBGA387 spring drive in kirazuri dial US edition (558pcs), the SBGH267 hi-beat with the mosaic blue dial (1,500pcs), and what Locust have also recommended the SBGM235 auto GMT with the mosaic silver dial and blue GMT hand (1,000pcs).

These three are the epitome of GS watch collecting for 2018. GS definitely did something right this year with its amazing offering.

But seriously, this model is incredible... I know the OP has already made his decision, and I am thrilled for him !
Congratulations Stephen!!! - but I will warn you - GS is addictive!!

the US edition is in my crosshairs - I just love it ... the question is if I love it enough to swallow USD currency and Canadian HST at the border...
