For me I would choose the Skydweller, I want something I wouldn't be afraid to wear, Robust wise.

Unfortunately this one is a tad more than 100 000$ (according to my source it's 128 000$...okay, maybe more than a tad! ) but the 5970J has pretty much everything I'd like to have on a watch!

Hey Carl! If I got the 5170J and you got the 5970J we'd be YG PP brothers!

5970 is quite nice gents but I would take a 1991 2nd series 3970J with large hallmarks all day long!! Super rare to find like this one - maybe a 100 or so configured exactly like this - a collector's dream! And yes more than $100k but in the ballpark $120K or so.

this is a pic of the watch i got in rose gold. Picture is not of my watch, but one from a blog site.

It has the most amazing vertical power reserve.

ironically, am in the process of selling it to a collector having just lost a sh!t load of money on JPM options. Thanks Mr. Dimon. Think I'll be sticking with the Daytona for now.

Oh yes indeed! But aren't you afraid you may have to buy a Lange 1 to match it?

...Oh well, I guess you'll be able to live with the consequences!
