***r perfect three - Under $100k

So - have really been thinking about if I had a watch collection of 3, with a max budget of 100k (about), what would I choose:

I think the following 3 would make me happy and cover most situations (might have a rolex sub, or something as a "beater" watch but let's assume *** have a 4th beater watch and focus on the 3 *** would choose ** cover most of ***r situations).

- Patek 5164a
- Patek 5712/1a
- A. Lange 1812 Chrono

What are ***rs?

5711, 5164 and a choice of 5235, 5205 or 5131.

I assume a nice discount from the AD ** stay under $100K.

Nice first three! Seems 5711 is a staple for you!! Is the LVc part of 2nd three for budgetary reasons?

I really like the OP's 3....great choices....easily could go that route.
But to play along I would be very happy with these:
1. 5167a
2. 5711/1A-010
3. 5205r-001

And for the 4th..... ROLEX GMT2c BLNR.

THANKS THAT WAS FUN...FOR SURE WILL DO ANOTHER.

Now if this was adding to my collection....I might go this route:
1. 5164a
2. Omega "Lunar Dust"
3. 5726/1A-010

Then sell most of what I got for a Day-Date 2 RG....

I like the OP's selection. I own the two Pateks pictured (5164 and 5712) and a Lange Timezone 1. I do like the ALS 1812 chrono and have had that one on a list of possibilities for some time. I just wish it had a date.

I decided on the 5960P, 5164, and the Submariner. No complaints or regrets thus far!

The Zeitwerk is my all time favorite watch but for a solid three I think id still go with my first three. The LV is definitely for budget given the piece of the other two lol.

Ah my daily preoccupation. Clearly some form of Nautilus will be in there at some point. Currently, it would be this:

Or possibly this:

Or if I am feeling optimistic about discounts:

Or if I can actually get one of the VC Limited Editions:

How about...

...just two Pateks under $100K? I'd go 5960/1A and 5164A...then a blue dial Milgauss or 116710BLNR as a "beater!"

Total rounds down to $100,000. What's $300 among friends?
