I have to say I am deeply underwhelmed overall. Agree the world timer Chrono is interesting but it should be bigger as others have said. The rest really don't inspire me at all. Dial variations and breguet numerals really show Patek's laziness. Another nail in the coffin for the current Patek line up, at least for this collector.

The breugets on parade strikes me as lazy too. But it is a tough economic time now so maybe they're just unwilling to invest too much in new movements and models.

What about the grand master chime in WG without all the case engravings?

Impressive of course but not relevant for real people. It is a Bugatti Veyron. Easy to do with basically unlimited budget but doing things to a limited price point is more challenging.

Very nice, but it's not for me.

Understood. As any high level watch is way out of my range, an annual calendar and a GM chime are judged more or less with the same parameters

Don't get me wrong Fabio I think it is an amazing piece but I would rather they were channelling resources into QC and reducing service times than releasing USD2mm watches to be enjoyed by maybe 10 people over the next five years.

Well since we saw the Patek novelties and this wasn't one of them sure looks like it, the Nauts will come out later, but can imagine them making a 5990-1R, still think the 5980 will be nicer, but depends on dial color...

We got Rolex listening to us, so Patek's turn now to heed our deepest concerns.
