New blue chrono Code

I’m looking to get one of the new Blue dial code chronographs. My local boutique says there is a waitlist and they have only received 1 this year. This is the new Code with the new dial. What is a reasonable price for this on the secondary market?

I was lucky enough to be offered the very first blue steel chrono my local boutique received. It is truly awesome.

If there’s a model that really makes you forget all the prejudices (I was also quite biased anti-Code previously) it is this one in “Bleu Nuit Nuage 50”.

Out of curiosity (with no intention to ever sell this beauty) I kept monitoring the secondary market for blue chronos on Chrono24. They keep popping up occasionally but usually don’t stick around very long and I haven’t seen anything offered below retail yet, except for 1-2 out of Japan. If you don’t want to wait that is probably your best bet.

I have heard not to trust the Japan retailers on Chrono. Anyone have experience with that?

Steel code chrono is awesome. I don’t think it should be anything crazy in the grey market. Probably should be in the high 30s which is essentially retail price + tax and very low margin on top. I recommend waiting to get it at the boutique. I highly doubt you will wait more than a few months
