Patek 5723, nowhere on Patek site?

Recently ran into this ridiculously gorgeous watch. Not one for rubies but this watch is incredible. I started looking everywhere but find little info. How does a client get these? Special orders? My point is how can customers know what options are available aside from what is on the Patek site? In the meantime, I’ll keep admiring this:

The fact tgats it's not in the catalogue tells you what your chances are of ordering one. In fact dealers themselves sometimes are unaware of what patek will make for super whales or those they wish to endear themselves to...my suggestion spend $450k and go grey itsceasier

Oof! No wonder there is not much chat on these. That is pretty amazing stuff. Incredible how these big whales obtain these unicorns.

Time to get back to reality.
