For me I wanted to keep it “OEM.” Rolex doesn’t offer the SS on OF but they are genuine Rolex parts.

Is that the same one as the 126710 current GMTs? If so, anything special to make it fit?

I installed the Super Jubilee bracelet (63600) but haven't been able to get around to install the 126710 bracelet (69200) as I do not have the correct spring bars as I am trying to find genuine Rolex ones that will work.

Another member on the forum was able to accomplish this placing the 126710 jubilee bracelet on the 116500:

The 116500 on oysterflex is my favorite way to wear it. Wore it like this for almost 2 years straight. It’s so comfortable and under the radar.

I also like the super jubilee setup.

Oysterflex is far and away much more comfortable than rubber b. The raised fins and softness make a big difference

I'm not usually a fan of non-OE, but these look excellent. It helps that the resultant look doesn't mimic a WG or PT watch, which I always think is the ultimate poser move (no offense to posers, lol).

Ah, okay. That clears up the WG to SS mismatch.

The sizing is still my issue, though. For those that are between OF sizes, the easy link isn't much help. For me, the only way to get the right fit is with the mini glide lock clasp, which doesn't exist on the Daytona, unfortunately.

For those it fits, though, the result is very well executed.

Love the OF so much on my YG PN, that I sourced an extra OF from AD ($290 each strap) and bought Smarty end links for my white dial ss. I used clasp that came with watch. I highly recommend spending the extra for oem OF though. Everything is rolex except endlinks. Looks more sporty and no smudges and possible hairlines on pcl bracelet. Right now, I have no intentions of going back to bracelet. Love the contrast on my skin and within the watch itself. I highly recommend, as I love mine. My wrist is 7 inch flat and use D and G size straps to center clasp blade on wrist while providing adjustment for bigger or smaller. Good luck and sorry for hotel room background below.

Yes! I think it looks great. I would do it if and when I finally am able to own a Daytona. Definitely needs to have the endlinks though! Nice change of feel of the watch and you can switch back and forth between the bracelet whenever you feel like it.

Is it pretty simple to install the smarty endlinks yourself?

I would think so. They should just slide in and the strap holds them in place. If you can change a strap, it should be no problem.

has anyone tried adding a rubber b strap to their SS daytona with the smarty endlinks? if so, which rubber b strap did you use?

I think this looks fantastic. This is the WG model, I have been dreaming about.

In all honesty, the only Rolex I actually like on OF is the RG YM (other YM look fine, I just don't like 42mm). Reason is the matte dial and bezel really work well and give it a monochromatic look with just enough gold showing for a beautiful contrast.

Problem with the Daytona using OF is that they all have shiny black ceramic bezels. I'm not a huge SkyD fan, but RG/slate and YG/black look good, too. Still not as good as the YM, with its matching bezel/dial. That's the watch that changed my opinion of RG and blackout looks.

Also, as an aside, I dislike the look with either the added end links or integrated ones (Daytona, SkyD). YM looks fine with the gaps, but again, that's because the OF blends so beautifully with that watch.

No, the reference to "Super Jubilee" means it's from the previous generation DJ, with hidden clasp.

No idea if current GMT version would fit, probably depends on relative positions of the lug holes.

Do you have details on this? The super jubilee is what sold me on the DJ - very comfortable.

No

Oysterflex is meant only for preciousmetal watches.

The bracelet is reference 63600. It fits many models and is very low profile and comfortable with the hidden clasp

I did something similar with my two tone Daytona. Sometimes the two tone bracelet is just a bit too flashy and you want a more subtle look.

Couple of pics of mine, with and without the end links, when I first swapped out the bracelet, for the Oysterflex, back in 2018

Ordered my straps (E and F) from my AD at £225ea, I’d guess they’ve probably gone up a bit since

I think it looks great. It's a shame its hard to get through official channels. You could easily go for a high end rubber strap from another manufacturer.

Smarty end links. That being said, I've ordered some different ones on Aliexpress that are more rounded like the fixed end links on the precious metal models. Haven't arrived yet but if I don't like them I'll stick with the smarties.
