Rolex 6610 Bezel

Hi I’m trying to find a bezel for my Rolex Explorer 6610.

I’m also looking for a B plan just in case …

6610 are supposed to be fitted with tropic 22 meaning a 1016 bezel should work. Eventually I could probably use a Tropic 21 and a smooth steel bezel from a DJ.

As usual in the wonderful Rolex world, things are not that simple … In my 6610 case, the seat of the bezel in the case is raised by 5/10mm meaning that the original 6610 bezel is probably machined with a recess on the base or built in two pieces (like seen on some Bubbleback).

Can someone tell me how things are built in a real 6610 ?

Appreciate any helpful advice!
