Looking forward to watching again today. Hope the weather cooperates. The forecast is not too good.

I love this stuff and actually applied to NASA for an astronaut position in the early 80s. Unfortunately, I didn't have any test pilot experience which they were looking for as a pilot for the shuttles. The mission specialist positions all went to the science PhD kind of folks.

We will be watching (again) here in NC. I am a huge space nut and pray for the success of the mission. We can use some goodness in this crap-show that is 2020.

I'll also be watching it live a bit later. I really hope we're able to enjoy watching a safe launch today. Fingers crossed for good weather during the window.

Definitely watching. Need a diversion, given the activities nearby of late.

Space X launch

Watching storms mostly.

Window today is instantaneous at 3:22 so the predicted rain/cloud pattern broaches it.

It landed I believe but the footage cut out as it was doing this. Hopefully they've got another angle. What an incredible success and historic moment!

That is amazing. They get to space, faster than it takes me to shower. God Bless America.

I love the cockpit live footage.

Today was an awesome day! My father worked on the rocket that went up. Too bad it didn’t get more coverage

The whole thing was great! Seeing the booster land on the ship in the middle of the ocean was incredible. Almost looked like something out of a cheesy futuristic space movie from the ‘50’s! I know they’ve been successful at these for a while but I think this is the first time I’ve seen it happen.

One of the astronauts is from my hometown and coincidentally he has the exact birthdate as mine down to the exact day. Really cool.

I'm so glad I got to witness history being made. Like him or not, Elon Musk has made some incredible contributions to multiple industries for the betterment of society. Either way, it's an incredible achiement and I'm hoping for a successful return home at the end of this mission.

Best news to watch right now is news about what the SpaceX-NASA partnership is accomplishing.
