Does anyone know what the CB 6.9 M means on the top back of spoon? Does the M signify something different? Thank you!

The Crest on top of the spoon makes for an interesting ring, lapel pin or hat pin. Hell even a money clip...

I have made a few rings. My wedding ring was worn out so now I wear a Rolex spoon ring and it’s adjustable.
