Swapping one dial for another dial
Hello:
I want to swap dials in a day-date...I bought a white dial, and I want somebody to put it into the watch that currently has a green one. Anybody have an idea what it would cost to get those swapped out?? either at the RSC/dallas, or by an indie watchmaker? Thanks for any input you might offer....oh !, also can a dial from a model 1803 be used in an 18038?? Pete |

Assuming that the watch doesn't need service, I would seek out a qualified independent watchmaker. RSC or an authorized dealer with a watchmaker on staff are going to demand that a full service is done in conjunction with the dial swap.
The 1803 and 18038 use two different movement with different mounting points for the dial, so they're not interchangeable. |
