Both of those watches are great but I would lean towards the sea dweller! Good luck!

I own a 16600 and love the more substantial case and cleaner crystal without the cyclops. An excellent option.

Between those two I’d pick the SD, but would 100% go with the one that is most comfortable on your wrist.

Welcome to the forum.

Have you tried them on your wrist? I love the SD most but it will wear a bit more top heavy than the Submariner

I prefer the SeaDweller of the two, but it all depends on your use case. Sometimes the SD can be a little thick depending on the situation you are trying to wear it.

The Sub on the other hand....you could leave it on for the rest of your life and never need another watch.

I'd go with the SD. The dial and pearl have aged gracefully together. The Sub dial seems replaced... I'm no expert, FYI.

I'm in the minority but I'm not a huge fan of these 5-digits without the cyclops. Dial space feels empty without it. So I'd go Sub, easily.

I stood at an AD way back when holding both brand new. I went with the Sub and that was fine. If I had it to do over, I'd grab the SD!
